Personality Bio
Well, let me start by saying this, it's been a long journey and I'm still climbing.....My journey started in 1988, I had a hit record with a young man name Fast Eddie, a house record that did fairly well, if I can say. The record hit number one on The Billbord Dance Charts and stayed there about 12 weeks, pretty good for a chick from the westside of Chicago.From there I made my transition to the field of Cosmetology, yup, I did hair and was VERY successful in it, 17 years under my belt. Below I'll show you pix of my work from just last year.In 1999 I stepped into radio, starting at Chicago's #1 station for Hip Hop and R&B, I gave them 8 years, along the way, I met great friends and 2 taught me how to mix, Steve Maestro and let's just call the other guy "The Master" Leading me up to this point....Everything I've encounter thus far has gotten me ready for this new phase of my career and my life. I had to grow my career up so they could catch up with the grown bills I had at home. It's time to get grown! Now I'm humbly at the station I always wanted to be a student at and grow from. 102.7 V103Thanks to my boss that saw potential in me, I am now the Queen of Overnights, heard Mon-Fri from 1-5am Also, I am a mixer on The Saturday Nite Steppin Show with Casper and Dj Chris Holidayfrom 10pm-2am
That's HISTORY! There's NEVER been a female dj in the history of Chicago radio.

Authorities say Turay boiled the water and threw it on her husband’s groin while he slept. He sustained second degree burns and ran out of the house screaming while a relative called 911, according to a sheriff’s report.
The man was flown to a Tampa hospital for treatment. The report says Turay did not give a reason for pouring the water on her husband, but said she had been drinking alcohol, according to the Associated Press.
